Great idea: You should be working with your family doctor and your son's therepists. Convene a meeting to decide what needs to be measured.

Public Law, IDEA,: Insures his placement in the least restrictive educational enviroment. Multidisciplinary team evaluations by public school districts are required every 3 years, but iep's must be updated at least annually. Your pediatrician can refer him to a child psychologist or neuropsychologist & a developmental/behavioral pediatrician for independent evaluations, review of placement & recommendations.
