Avoid triggers: If your state is open to medical marihuana,talk to your doctor to replace narcotics to medical marihuana. Try migraine diet ; Avoid nuts,chocolate,yogurt, Aged cheese,processed meat,yeast extract,alcohol- especially red wine.

I have had a headache on and off for about one week now. My doctor (pcp) believes it is a migraine. I have htn is Imitrex (sumatriptan) reasonable.
Exceeding Migraine isn't working, Zomig (zolmitriptan) makes my jaw tight, and head hurt worse, I take Phenergan with it as well, Imitrex does the same as Zomig (zolmitriptan). ?
