A member asked:

Outer forearm and fingers in both hands hurt constantly, even when completely still. is this it normal for tendonitis to have so much pain when still? i've taken a break and for a few months haven't been using my hands very much, but no improvement

Physical Therapy: Sometimes Physical Therapy can really help to gradually get you back to normal, and sometimes in better shape than you were before. Its important to go to see your Orthopedist first and have a clinical exam. Your Orthopedist may recommend that you have an MRI done to rule out a partial tendon tear or a tendonitis. After a diagnosis is made, then the orthopedist can come up with a treatmentplan
