Osteoporosis: Not knowing your age I suspect the fractures indicate osteoporosis I’m not certain exactly where your pain but an evaluation by neurologist, rheumatologist or neurosurgeon would be appropriate you might respond to a kyphoplasty if the pain is from the compressed vertebrae
