Low back pain : Your answer is very specific to your situation. It is difficult to properly answer this without getting a full picture. Sometimes people have relief with a set of three epidurals, some are better with physical therapy. There is also integrative medicine such as massage, acupuncture. Opioids have much more side effects than benefits for most people with back pain.

Treatment : Get with your providers involved with your care. If epidural worked you can do that procedure again. If you have not seen physical therapy, have a visit. Do back exercises to the best you can and consider swimming. Unconventional modality that may be of help would be a biostimulator.
