My anca level was positive,i ve various symptoms and chronic nasal inflammation-my dr said anca was para nuclear- pls can u explain what is the difference on diagnosis and its effect whether is para nuclear or not?thanks

One puzzle piece: These labs are not all that specific. With your symptoms and your saying you have bronchiectasis, have we ruled out Kartagener’s and adult-onset cystic fibrosis? Wegener’s may give a c-anca instead but these labs can be tricky. Of course Wegener’s if present is treatable I’d diagnosed, fatal if missed. Good luck.
