However, to properly evaluate your condition would require additional history, physical examination and likely additional tests and may be imaging studies. you health issues may not be suitable for this forum. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Practice safe sex.

Vasculitis, where? : Vasculitis isn't a generic diagnosis, it needs specification and relation to an organ/system, and it doesn't look you have the condition.Confer with your primary doctor, who may refer you to a rheumatologist or an allergist/immunologist if you have access to one, otherwise relax, trust your doctor and follow his/her recommendations, wish you wellness
