Can piriton help with non allergic rhinitis where the only symptoms is nasal inflammation and excess need for throat clearing ?

Usually not: But if it dose , then your problem is not non-allergic rhinitis. Nasal antihistamine (azelastine etc) may be helpful. I suspect that you do have an allergic rhinitis given the presence of asthma. Perhaps you need another consultation especially if the non-allergic rhinitis was made based on blood test alone.
