I am pregnant and recently got flu (haven't taken any flu shot). should i get a flu shot now or wait to heal? i've read that flu is quite harmful to an unborn baby.

Not really: only if you had high uncontrollable fever with the flu, that the baby 'may' be harmed, otherwise you are fine, moreover, was it just cold or a real flu infection, most of the time it is just a cold.
