Evaluation : The flu shot is not likely to contribute to a change in the thyroid. Hashimoto’s can flare at various times. Have your doctor examine your thyroid for nodules or goiter. Then if needed a thyroid sonogram can be ordered. Your doctor may want to check your thyroid levels with a blood test as well
