Yes: This issue has been studied in detail and found to be safe during pregnancy.Some ob'slike to wait until 12 wks out of extra caution, but there has been no problems with those who had it done earlier. On the flip side we do loose pregnant ladies to flu every year.

No: It's the same flu shot you get if you are an adult or pregnant. And it's CDC recommended to have a flu shot during pregnancy, hence don't worry.
