Maybe: Ask your neurolgist who can best evaluate you. These are often referred to as UBO - unidentifed bright objects. A neurologist can clarify this UBOs are considered an important pathologic condition, not a normal finding with ageing . UBOs are more commonly found in patients with ischemic stroke or intracerebral hemorrhage than in healthy controls and are considered a strong predictor of function
