IPC spasm: How was it diagnosed? Have difficulty swallowing? Had video esophagram where the swallowing mechanism is assessed? spasm or reflux? check for H pylori if relux caffeine may worsen. Discussed Eagles syndrome or globus pharyngeus, anomalous antatomy w/ ENT? if it is truly spasm may be thyroid myopathy, s/p procedure, CVA, Parkinson , other f/u/ w/ ENT
