Depends: If you hit your head and had a severe headache, vomiting, change in vision, any hand/arm/leg weakness, trouble speaking, or seizure, change in alertness you need to be seen at an ER. Otherwise especially if it has been 12-24 hours without those symptoms it’s probably fine.
