Could be: or maybe fungal infection, tenia pedis, use cotton socks, keep your feet dry and dry between your toes after washing your feet, you may use OTC cream or powder for tenia pedis, ask your pharmacist about miconazole or clotrimazole topical creams, read the labels carefully, best wishes
