Insufficient info: It would be helpful to know the age, underlying condition and medication, duration of the symptoms. It could be anywhere infection to neuropathy. See your primary care physician first.

I would try an: antifungal for the itchiness. foot and knee pain I do not believe is related to the itchiness.
