My infant was on antibiotics for ear infection about a week ago. the ear is still running (has grommets)and his voice is getting hoarse. what can i give him and do? i do not have funds to go to a dr again and he can't take antibiotics again.

Not much: If his ear is running pus the first med may not have worked. If it runs clear mucus it may just be normal middle ear fluid but that is unlikely. The ear may need to be suctioned clear & drops put into the middle ear via the grommets. Getting hoarse is a separate issue but ay indicate a new illness. I know of no home fix for such issues.
