More info needed: More description of this discomfort is needed to provide a differential diagnosis. It could be due to adhesions, a tiny abdominal hernia or intestinal pathology. I recommend that you be evaluated by an abdominal surgeon who will take more history and perform a careful abdominal examination. Any appropriate tests will be ordered.
