Took 25000 mg of tylenol with alcohol last night. its been 24 hours and now i have headace and keep vomitting, but that's it. does that mean i'm safe?

25000 mg?!: If that is correct, you took fifty 500 mg tablets, and you going to have massive liver failure in a day or two. Get seen now. If you actually just took five tablets, it was a bad idea which you know already but you should be okay.
