Acute gastritis.: However withs such unsafe combination of doses of agents and doses, liver inflammation could also has happened. Advil can't be taken higher than 800 mg , always with food and never with alcohol, considering that the liver is healthy. The adult dose for tylenol (acetaminophen) is 1000 mg. Reccommen avoid those meds until re-evaluated by tour doctor.

Too much meds: First, you took a megadose of ibuprofen. 400-600 mg would be an appropriate dose, not 1000mg. Second, no reason to add acetaminophen, which is a lousy drug for back pain, anyway, as it has no anti-inflammatory properties. Third, you shouldn't take alcohol so soon after any medication. So, don't do that. The good news - this one mistake should be self limited. Good luck.
