My stomach has been sore since sunday and has gotten a lot worse this afternoon into the evening. started in my diaphragm but now everywhere.

An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure things out. Pain in the right upper abdomen, plus symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones or other gall bladder disease. The stomach itself and the spleen are in the left upper abdomen.
