NOT TRUE,HELPS A LOT: Don't believe all you read! Numerous research studies show when those with heart failure exercise they feel better, live longer and need less hospitalizations. However, exercise should be introduced slowly and under supervision, ideally as part of a cardiac rehab program. Weakened heart: it depends what kind of exercise. While you might not be able to run 20 miles that doesn't mean you can't for 50 feet and hopefully keep getting stronger. Ask your cardiologist about some form of cardiac rehab
