I was laying on my hip and got a sharp pain at one spot and my leg started shaking, stopped when i changed positions. i have fibro and degenative disc in low back but never had this happen. i get severe low back pain that goes into my hips and legs.

Will require: repeat orthopedic exam, imaging and ongoing PT program. "Sounds" like lumbar radiculopathy and requires immediate attention.
