I had biopsy (fna) done for swollen gland . the report says benign; nodular goiter with hemorrhagic changes(bethesda2) what does that mean?

No tumor: The report states that no tumor was found in the sample. Bethesda 2 also means, no tumor. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
