Caution fasting!: Fasting for a few days may not hurt most people who are healthy as long as they remain hydrated. However, fasting for long periods of time is not good for you. To be healthy your body needs vitamins, minerals and other nutrients from food. Without this symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, constipation & dehydration are seen. It is life threatening to fast too long!
