Some people are extremely afraid for some reason in having their blood pressure taken by clinicians. how high can systolic pressure go to?

300 or bust: Systolic blood pressure can increase to 300 but above that, you will likely stroke out. Meaning the arterial system will rupture a blood vessel in the brain and you will lose consciousness, and other neurologic problems depending on what vascular structure was affected in the brain.
