Hard to confirm: A hump there could be a sign of kyphosis, a forward leaning form of spine misalignment some might label a scoliosis (I wouldn't). It could also be a sign of a hormonal problem with the glands, or something specific with the spine itself. AN evaluation by an orthopedic/spine surgeon would be a good investment.
