Symptomatic scoliosi: I'm sorry you're having this much pain at such a young age. At 23 degrees surgery is unlikely, but establishing a relationship with a spine surgeon with a calling for scoliosis is advised. This can be a hard condition to treat, but nsaids, short course of antispasmodics, chiro, pt, omt/omm, trigger point inj, tens unit, other conservative measures & a positive attitude can elp.

2 conditions: It sounds like you may have 2 separate conditions. A 37 degree scoliosis (presumably in your thoracic and/or lumbar spine) is approaching surgical consideration and should be followed/treated by a spine surgeon. Right sided neck pain radiating down to the shouder may be caused by a cervical spine herniated disc causing nerve impingement, and would also warrant evaluation by a physician.
