Did you have an: endoscopy to see if there is a digestive system pathology? After that if it is negative see an orthopedic surgeon, again turns out no pathology found next step to see a physical therapist.

Hi. I've had severe stomach cramps for 3 days. I have taken medication for the cramps that are not really helping. the pain is above my navel and after the pain I get dizzy. on a empty stomach it's there but on a full stomach it's much worse.
