Hi. i've had severe stomach cramps for 3 days. i have taken medication for the cramps that are not really helping. the pain is above my navel and after the pain i get dizzy. on a empty stomach it's there but on a full stomach it's much worse.

Doctor can evaluate: Many things are in the upper abdomen: stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, abdominal muscles, etc... An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure it out. Pain in the right upper abdomen, especially with symptoms that occur after eating, can be due to gallstones or other gall bladder disease. Stomach flu, pancreatitis, stomach ulcers... are also possible.
