In order for a treatment to work, first a diagnosis must be made. Without knowing what tests you have had and the results, it is not possible to say what the problem is. Have you been tested for gastroparesis? This is a problem in some diabetics and can cause a lot of GI symptoms including nausea and vomiting and stomach discomfort. You should see a GI doctor for a complete evaluation.
