Eating disorders: Are easier to avoid than treat. Talk to a mental health professional about your concerns. If you are still at a healthy weight & have not developed harmful eating habits, your anxiety will be relatively easy to eliminate. Focus on what is good for you rather than what you fear. Physical fitness & healthy activity is much more important than appearance.
