Borderline PD: All personality disorders have enduring, pervasive, and inflexible patterns of inner experience and behavior differing markedly from one's culture, beginning in teen years or early adulthood, & causing distress in relationships, work, etc. As one of these disorders, borderline pd has instability in interpersonal relationships, self-image, and affects, and marked impulsiveness.
