How do epididymal cysts get larger? what makes them big, what can worsen them?

The cyst is filled -: -with cells that we shed daily in normal life. They are lost but friction from sheets, clothing & clothing & bathing. The cells trapped in the cyst are trapped inside but they still grow so the cyst gets larger from the dead cells trapped in it. Troublesome cysts can be removed.
