What makes epididymal cysts bigger and worse? how do they get larger? what kind of symptoms do they cause? i have them 2 small ones for about 6 years. will i have issues?

Usually benign: "pimples" on the epididymis , usually fluid filled, often come and go throughout your lifetime. Larger cysts are generally not painful; however can cause pressure on the testicle and may require removal or drainage.
