A member asked:

Epididymal cysts, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. James Lin answered

Leave them alone if: The finding of epididymal cysts is usually an incidental find on evaluating scrotal pain or ache with US. Most of them are located at globus major (head of epididymis), clinically asymptomatic, and require no active attention. So, leave them alone if being mentally & physically comfortable. For individual concern, of course, ask, talk, and work with Doc timely. Best wish...
