See doctor: Your blisters in hives could be due to many things. This could be an allergic reaction or contact dermatitis from a new soap or laundry detergent, watch/ bracelet or article of clothing. It could be from poison oak or poison ivy or shingles. I would need more information and to examine you.

Dermatologist: Simple hives are not associated with blistering, but swelling of lip, eyelids or tongue(angioedema) can occur. My advice is to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime try to identify triggers of these symptoms and take an antihistamine like benadryl(causes drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy)
