Hard to speculate: The description is vague. On the palm or back of the hand ? Size of blisters ? In a group or scattered ? Contact with triggering factors like creams, plants ? In general a cool compress applied over the area can reduce pain or itching. Beyond that it is hard to decide a treatment without seeing the blisters.
