Contact allergy: What you described suggested allergy to some thing you came in contact with. Try to keep a note of the things that you may have touched prior to the rash to discern if there is a pattern or if you can identify a product that causes the symptoms. If you identify, then you may wish to challenge yourself and if the product causes rash you will need to avoid it.
