What can i do to control shortness of breath (asthma) with celiac disease?

See a doctor: There are numerous medicines for prevention and treatment of asthma available by prescription. See a doctor for evaluation and treatment especially since you also have celiac disease. Asthma medications should not impact celiac disease.

Separate issues: Asthma control is best maintained if you develop a management plan. You need to find a doc you can work with, learn the medicines and how to use them and compose a stepwise plan for management. This would include what you use daily & when to add more. It includes what you use for episodes of SOB and an understanding of when to call in or go for urgent care. The celiac issue is unrelated.
