Black mucus poop: Follow up with pediatrician, may be developing allergies as the food you eat gets into milk, protein induced enterocolitis may also be meckles,, intussusception ( bowel getting stuck) , inflammaotry bowel , salmonella if pain may be appendicitis, hernia. .
