Blood in stool ?: Black or tarry appearing stools can be a sign of upper GI bleeding, suggest you take baby to doctor right away to get the stool tested and the baby examined properly for this... Do not wait for this to resolve !!

Black mucus poop: Follow up with pediatrician, may be developing allergies as the food you eat gets into milk, protein induced enterocolitis may also be meckles,, intussusception ( bowel getting stuck) , inflammaotry bowel , salmonella if pain may be appendicitis, hernia. .
