I get sweet itchiness once/twice in a day. my eyes in general are watery. little wind, warm/mild spicy food makes eyes watery and nose starts running.

Dry eye and more: This may represent a combination of conditions such as dry eye, blepharitis / rosacea, and allergic conjunctivitis. Tearing in response to air movement usually indicates reflex tearing. That is, the eye is on the borderline of being dry, and the wind will put it over the edge and the eye tears in response. Itching is more consistent with allergy, and spicy food with blepharitis / rosacea.
