Hi. i have a dark patch under my right rib. it doesn't always trouble me. sometimes it goes into a spasm or cramps. it becomes painful and uncomfortable. i have been to 3 gp's but they all gave me different answers.

Skin: I would think that a dark patch on the skin would be unrelated to muscle spasm. Good Luck
