Normal ovaries: Based on the measurements of your ovaries, they sound like they are normal in size. The cyst on the left ovary is extremely small and likely nothing to worry about. This is not the cause of your irregular periods. There are many reasons for irregular periods, mostly hormonal reasons such as thyroid disorder, hyperprolactinemia, or PCOS (polycystic ovaries). You should see a doctor for a workup.
