Sleep hygiene: no caffeinated beverages in the evening, no pc, tv, smart phones, exercise, warm bath at night, etc .. one hour before bedtime, quiet cool bedroom, try holding the sleeping pills (you can develop tolerance after using them for sometime) . If you still can't sleep, see your doctor, good luck
