Sleep phase problem: Are you going to bed earlier or later on weekend nights? Napping on weekends? If earlier, your internal clock is simply not ready for sleep. If later, you may be cycling into a more alert phase of your circadian rhythm. Naps during the day on weekends can delay sleep onset, especially long naps.
