Probably none: Generally, populations with low cholesterol appear to have the lowest rates of heart disease and stroke. Some studies have suggested that very cholesterol levels below 100 might be associated with cancer, but most experts believe this is due to cancer causing low cholesterol rather than the other way round. Longer studies have not shown any risk. Hope this information helps.
