The issue: Honey can contain botulism spores. In the immature gut of a baby these can hatch into botulism germs & form a toxin that paralyzes their muscles. The most worrisome would be those that control breathing. Infant botulism can come on quietly, but if you monitor your baby with feeds & these proceed vigorously the baby is likely fine. If feeding falls off, movement becomes less, etc take it to be seen
