I have no clue: You have posted on the HT public information site. We feature thousands of docs/dentists/psychologists based primarily in the US who answer questions about medical problems. We have no idea who/where/why any health plan works in the many parts of the world where this site is viewed. In the US, it would depend on your insurance contract. You need to contact the plan for these questions.

Referral: Please visit your family doctor first. He/she will let you know if you need a specialist and facilitate that for you, perhaps w/a phone call or letter. Please don't self-diagnose. Peace and good health.
