I agree it's hard to: Find one.However most neurogenic bladder can be addressed by a urologist using common urodynamic studies. May ur urine flow not be slow! http://kidney.Niddk.Nih.Gov/kudiseases/pubs/urodynamic/.

True : Technically there is no such discipline as neuro-urology. All board-certified urologists should be competent to treat conditions such as neurogenic bladder. Find a urologist who has the capability to perform the full spectrum of urodynamics testing. This should not be difficult as most of us do.
